Contact with the data administrator is possible at the following phone number: +48 505 138 353 or e-mail address: biuro@spolkaeip.pl. 2) Purpose, scope and legal basis for processing personal data: The personal data of job applicants are processed for the purpose and to the extent necessary to conduct the recruitment, and if it results in the conclusion of a contract of employment also to perform the obligations imposed by law on the employer. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO - (performance of a contract) - the processing of personal data is necessary to take action at the request of the data subject, i.e. in order to carry out recruitment and possible employment of a job candidate it is necessary to process data referred to in Article 221 § 1 and § 2 of the Labor Code; Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO (consent) - the processing of personal data is carried out with consent for the purposes of future recruitment. Giving consent to process personal data for future recruitment purposes is voluntary. If such consent has been given, it can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future (it does not undermine the legality of personal data processing when the consent was in force). If a recruiter voluntarily provides personal data not covered by the administrator's request pursuant to Article 221 § 1 and § 2 of the Labor Code, then the provision of such data is covered by the candidate's consent pursuant to Article 221a of the Labor Code. 3) Recipients of employees' personal data Personal data of job applicants will not be transferred to any recipients 4) Period of data processing Personal data will be processed by the employer for the duration of the recruitment, and in the case of consent to process data for future recruitment purposes - until the withdrawal of consent, but no longer than 3 years. 5) Rights of data subjects: The data subject has the right to: • access to personal data (Article 15 of the RODO), data subjects are able to obtain information from the Data Controller as to whether their data are being processed and to what extent, • Rectification (Article 16 of the RODO) refers to the right to correct the data of the subject. If they are inaccurate or incomplete, a person can request that the controller rectify them, • erasure (to be forgotten) (Article 17 of the RODO) In the event of certain circumstances, a person may request the controller to erase certain data about him or her, or the entire set of data, • Restriction of processing (Article 18 RODO). Circumstances under which the data subject may exercise this right: • When the collected data is incorrect - limitation of its processing occurs until there is no legal basis for processing the data, at the moment, • when there is no legal basis for processing the data, when the data are not needed by the controller, but are needed by the person to whom they belong, • where the data subject has objected to the data being processed - the restriction applies until it is determined whether the objection is valid; • data portability (Article 20 RODO) between different entities (controllers). If such a request is made, the controller is obliged to provide the person with a set of collected data about him in a form that can be read. The data subject may later transfer this information to another controller without hindrance, • withdrawal of consent to processing (Article 7(3) RODO), whereby withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of processing carried out on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal, • object to the processing (Article 21 RODO) on grounds related to his/her particular situation - to the processing of personal data concerning him/her based on Article 6(1)(e) or (f), including profiling on the basis of these provisions. • lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection headquartered in Warsaw (00-193 Warsaw) at 2 Stawki Street. Personal data are not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling. The provision of personal data by you is voluntary, but necessary for the execution of the contract. If you refuse to provide personal data, its execution will not be possible.
