Rocket Team is an internal employee tool used, among other things, for submitting leave requests and recording and settling working time. Access to the application is available only to verified employees and collaborators after logging in, which supports data security and compliance with labour law. The system improves daily work organisation, document flow and communication between the employee and the employer.
Personal data in the Rocket Team employee application is processed only to the extent necessary to operate the account, documents and employee processes.
Information clause on the processing of personal data in the Rocket Team employee application
The controller of the personal data of Rocket Team employee application users is EURO-INWEST PROJEKT Grzegorz Engler, Tomasz Lach sp. j., with its registered office at ul. Gen. Władysława Sikorskiego 91, 41-809 Zabrze, entered in the National Court Register of Entrepreneurs under number 0000590146, tax number NIP 6482758039, statistical number REGON 242621134 (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”).

Rocket Team is an internal IT tool intended solely for persons remaining in an employment or cooperation relationship with the Controller. The application is used in particular for submitting leave requests, recording and settling working time, managing employee documentation and organising internal processes.
Users’ personal data is processed in order to enable the use of the application, including creating and operating the user account, login and authentication, performing functions related to working time and leave records, handling documents and ensuring the proper, secure and stable operation of the system.
The scope of processed data includes in particular: first name and surname, e-mail address, user account data, data related to employment or cooperation, information on working time and leave, content and documents entered or generated in the application, as well as technical data and information about user activity in the system.
The legal basis for personal data processing is:
- Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – processing necessary to comply with legal obligations imposed on the Controller, in particular those arising from labour law regulations,
- Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – the Controller’s legitimate interest consisting in ensuring IT system security, work organisation and the proper functioning of the application.
Personal data is not used for marketing, advertising or profiling purposes.
Personal data is not transferred to other companies or organisations, except for entities providing IT or hosting services to the Controller, which process the data solely on the basis of data processing agreements and only to the extent necessary to maintain and support the application.
Personal data is not transferred to third countries or international organisations.
Personal data is stored for the period during which the user account exists in the application and, after its deletion, for the period required by law or until the limitation period for potential claims expires.
The user has the right to access personal data, rectify it, restrict processing and object to processing within the scope provided by law. The user also has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
Providing personal data is mandatory and results from labour law provisions or contractual obligations. Failure to provide personal data makes it impossible to use the Rocket Team application.
